When the celebrities get tired of raising them and the novelty of showing off how accepting of other races they are to their liberal Hollywood friends?
Do they try to un-adopt them? Or just pay their servants to take raise them?

I disagree under. The celebrities think they are 'pets' and its the fashionable/trendy thing to do. But trends should never be at the expense of another person's humanity. And what examples do you speak of? This celebrity adoption thing is a new phenomenon.

They pay their servants to raise them. It probably also has the kids thinking...why aren't you helping to feed my starving friends instead of paying thousands for my play house in the back yard., or 500 dollars for this stupid sweater.

Why do you assume that celebrities get tired of raising them and that they're just doing it to show off? Is the thought of adopting a child out of love so completely alien to you that you think there must be some hidden reasons behind adopting a child?
As far as I can see from previous examples celebrities raise those kids the same way as they raise their own biological children.

They may be genuine, but I often wonder if the children are raised by nannies in the long run.

they are ground up in to kiddie burgers which is a real popular amongst the mega rich and their blood is used to make youth serum
