Turtles can stay inside homes as long as they have proper food, proper lighting, and a propert tank/cage.

since you didnt say what kind of turtles..what you can do is do reseach on care for your turtles, and that way you can learn what they eat, and how to best care for them..
or you can go to local pets marts and ask..they are there to help and sell those pets..lol

ours did until we felt sorry for them and let them go in the wild.
you wont see them much, they will hide under the furniture when they can, make sure they have food and water and be prepared to clean up dropping.

Yes, just place them in a container with shallow water.
