Hi,

Sleeping on a high pillow is really bad for a child. As i don not allow my both kids to sleep like that without any pillow. As my husband is a doctor, he always advices me not to give a pillow for a child as they face backpain and other problems in the future.

The pillow support should be such that when lying side ways, the head and body should be on a line. This is to ensure that there is no undue strain on the neck.
