So I'm 22 weeks pregnant, and I just noticed that there's the tiniest bit of liquid coming out of my nipples, what the heck is this?

You have been blessed with what is called colostrum. It is absolutley normal. It may continue for the remainder of your pregnancy. Good luck!

You Are Just Leaking Colostrum.
Colostrum is the first milk your body makes. It will provide your baby with everything he or she needs to start life, including a dose of immunities and protection from jaundice. You can use a breast pad if it becomes noticeable or if it makes you feel more comfortable.
