I am around 5 days late and i am normally regular. I took a pregnancy test 4 days ago but it came up neg I have sore boobs, get nausea usually around mid arvo early night and some slight spotting started yesterday but nothing normal, only noticable when i wipe! am i pregnant or is my body just screwing around on me?

You could be. Call your doctor to have a pregnancy test. If you take the at home pregnancy test it is usually accurate if it comes up positive but you can get a false negative.
Find out for sure so you won't have to drive yourself crazy wondering.

It's very possible. You sound exactly like I did before I found out I was. Almost the exact same symptoms. Call your doctor's office tomorrow morning and tell them you think you are pregnant and would like to come in to have a blood test done. They should be able to get you in the same day. At this point they would be able to tell for sure if you are.

WELL I HAVE SORE BOOBS ABOUT THE TIME OF MY PERIOD.....I WOULD GIVE IT A COUPLE MORE DAYS AND THEN TRY THE TEST AGAIN, MAYBE IT WAS JUST TOO EARLY TO TELL. I FOUND OUT THE OLDER I GET MORE IRREGULAR MY CYCLE IS. JUST HANG IN THERE AND YOU KNOW THE MORE YOU WORRY ABOUT IT, IT WILL BE LONGER BEFORE YOU DO START IF YOU AREN'T PG.

~5 days late is a pretty good indicator! This is exciting get a blood test right away!

If you started spotting its probably your period... if the spotting stops and doesn't start up again I would wait a week and test again....

its not definite,its too early to be sure,hve u been under some stress or depression?.wait 4 sme tyme.then retest (at least 2weeks from the time you had unprotected sex)

you could be you might of taken the test to early i would wait another week and take the test again if you haven't started your period. congrats if you are....

Go to the doctor, than you will know what is wrong with you, you could have a infection.
