oh, and the only reason you would know it is cause you mind gives you the steps in the plan as you need them and after the fact you know you planned it all out

Very bad: it is called schizophrenia. When it starts giving you commands to do horrible things, you never know when you may have an impulse to put in practice some horrendous thought. Pay a visit to your friendly psychologist, what can you loose, you seem to have already lost your mind.

I believe if you understand how your mind work, you can control it for the better.
It starts with a question. A question is like a command, that commands the mind to search for an answer. People that do not have a good frame of mind, like someone that is obsessed with their looks. A question like
" why am I so ugly?"
This commands mind to search for all the answers of why they are ugly. That is their focus. Now if you ask a question like
"can you remember last time you laughed so hard you almost wet yourself?"
A question like this will have you focus on a definite happy time.

It depends on what kind of plans but yours sound constructive. There are routinely around one, entirely unseen caring angels who take turns as a job monitoring what you do. They talk to you when you are asleep and when you are awake . And you think the ideas are entirely your own........only we are not all that smart...and the angels have become that smart over eons of time. It's a job they do and an important one.
