Yes Tokyo has some nice gothic lolita shops. As for online ordering check out http://www.darkpassions.co.uk/catalog . Just change your currency selection on the left hand side to US dollar (I'm assuming you are in the US) to see the prices. Large selection... some items are pricey.

Also http://heavyred.com/ They have some nice detailed tops and dresses but it may be a bit pricey for you. It's a different style than the gothic lolita style you see in Cosmates.

They have a wide array of moderately priced clothing that you might like. I guess it's hard to recommend a place since everyone has a different sense of style. Hope you find something...

There are lot of really cool gothic clothes in Japan...but otherwise I'm not really sure. You can get some from thrift shops and like jazz them up into your own gothic style. Good luck. :D
