It's crazy! If I could I would sleep 12 hours daily. But during the week I only get 6 or 7 and I'm OK too.

If I'm working, I'm sometimes up 3 or 4 times in the night for a medic run. On my days off, I sometimes sleep in 'till 8 o'clock in the morning. So yeah, mine's pretty f'ed up as well.

hmm... let's see. I can't sleep at night, or if I do fall asleep during the night hours I wake up two hours later wide awake. It takes me atleast an hour to even fall asleep. I am usually awake until 5-7 am in the morning, then I'll be asleep for twelve hours while it is still light out. Is that messed up enough for you?

I worked 6 pm to 7 am and am retired two years. I sleep two to 4 times per day/night. I cannot seem to get on a regular (normal) schedule. Cannot seem to force myself to stay awake during the day.

I think is regular now.... but last year I was working a lot and I would get very little sleep... example of a day last year: work from 7am-1am, club from 1:30am-5am and then back to work at 7 am.
Now: work 5 pm to 6 am sleep from 6:30am- 1pm, run errands and then back to work

It has been irregular a lot lately. I have had everything from a noisy neighbor to coming home at different hours from work or even going back in to work after a few hours.

Ever have to deal with a mentally ill spouse (short marriage) and then have to raise TWO disabled children with mental illnesses?
I can assure you that I do NOT have a regular sleep pattern because of this.
