You can use any of the pay services like Napster. You will be downloading an encrypted file that will only play on a computer that has your account information, but you can burn it to a CD. If you really wanted it in MP3 format (which isn't redily distributed on pay sites) without encryption for programs like PCDJ you can burn your downloaded song to a CD, then use the rip function from Windows Media Player to take the song from the CD and put it in MP3 format. Please respect copyrights and do not use free sites.
