Get Zonealarm firewall and don't worry. Sites can read your IP address easily so don't let that worry you. Probably just some prank.

Don't be too worried about this. This might have little damage to you or your computer. When viewing web pages and downloading programs, your web browers (Internet Explorer or others) will send your IP and operating system (Windows) information to the server. So, this information is available anyway to the server and normally, it is not displayed back to you.

Disconnect from the internet and run a full system virus scan and adware/spyware scan to sniff out and delete any potential problems.
