It is 34.46 pounds. The quickest way to get an approximate conversion from US dollars to British pounds is to divide the amount in half then add 4 pence for each US dollar. For example, your amount is almost $64. Half of that is 32 pounds. Now add 4 pence X 64 = 2.56 pounds. So the total would be 32 + 2.56 = 34.56 pounds which is just 10 pence away from the true exchange rate.

What type of dollars? US dollars = approx 32-pound. NZ or Oz dollars would be slightly less.
