This term usually refers to a male being prevented from sexual activity due to someone else's behaviour or actions. For example, if two people wish to have sexual intercourse, but an outside party (like parents, a roommate, or a friend) keep "getting in the way" and preventing them from their opportunity, this might be referred to as "c*** blocking". However, this can also be used for activities that aren't sexual and are merely romantic, although because of the C-word, it is usually understood that there is a sexual motive.
Notably, this portrays an aggressive, or even violent, game-like view of sex that some may find offensive, sexist, or insulting.
