When babe ruth hit a moner over the 7.5m high right field fence 95m from the home plate, roughly what was the minimum speed of the ball when it left the bat? Assume the ball was hit 1.9m above the ground and its path initially made a 38 degree angle with the ground.

The minimum speed would have been zero mph. Why? The ball was changing directions. It came towards the Babe from the pitcher and he sent it back away from him. Thus, at some point during contact with the bat, the ball would actually have come to a stop for just long enough to change it's direction of travel.
