I like to understand as to why babies Universally say "MA" as their first word in their vocabulary and why is the Name used for Mother in all the languages through out the world start with the "M" sound while the name used for the father has sounds variations like "F" "D" "TH" "P" "B" in different languages.

I may be easier for them to say. I have twokids and only one said ma first the other one hasn't really said it yet. Of, course she has delays. M, n, d,a and such are less hard to say. t,z,th,f and such require more movment of the mouth. Especially if you use the back of your tongue and throat.

Ma is an easy syllable for them to say. It just flows out of the mouth easily.

Because "Ma" is for Mother the one who brought babies to life. And I am sure, GOD purposely gave that "Ma" to all the baby creatures.

in india especailly tamil nadu the Ma or Amma is the word uses by baby first. but i do not how exactly the baby uses this word first

Actually, first word of baby is "Ba" or "Boo". It is easiest word to say. Second word is May be "Ma", "Pa" or "Pha".

I don't know, why? Just natural, I guess.
However M is the most sacred letter in the world.
