Could I legally ask high school seniors to pose nude for a magazine or web site and publicize that they are high school girls?
(not that I'm thinking it, but it would be lucrative)

In the US, the age is 18 or 21 depending on the state. In Canada it is 18.

The ridiculous part of Canadian law is that the age for consentual sex is 14, but taking a photo of any person under 18 is child pornography.

So they can have sex, just they can't take the picture. The age should be 18 all around.

Actually, it depends on the state. Some states require that you be 19 years of age before you are able to sign legal contracts-including consent forms and the like.

And just a further suggestion, consult a lawyer in the state you want to do this. Asking here only gives you a bad image.

Hang on a minute ... you are asking a question about something you are not thinking about ? How do you do that ? You must be thinking about it to formulate the question, surely, or have I missed something here ? Your earthman logic baffles me sometimes.

Going back to your question for a minute, yes you can, and indeed it has been done many times before. See if you can get the headmistress in too, cos she would be hot. Nude detention for me.

Depends on your state... some State laws state that if a 18 year old is still attending a juvenial education facility, then they can not legally consent to anything of a sexual nature

not all seniors are 18. i dont know the details of your plan but i do know that you'd definatly have to check with each individual, cause 18 is actually old for a senior

Once a girl turns 18, she is an adult, and you can ASK anything, but on the other hand, you can't FORCE anything.

It may be legal, but it would be wrong. You should be ashamed of yourself for even thinking about that.

Let me know how it turns out dude.
