The arrogant.
The lack of humility of the arrogant forces judgment on others -- so the arrogant is eternally "in your face". On the other side, the willingly ignorant has made a choice that affects them, not purposefully forced onto others.
We are ALL willingly ignorant on some topic or another, truth be told, and so we should cut each other some slack about that. But arrogance is a stronghold that permeates everything about a person.

the willingly ignorant. the fact that they make a choice to live in their own world and shun reason makes me lose faith in humanity as a whole

i say choosing to be ignorant is a form of arrogance in and of itself...this type is definitely most annoying
