I found that the best way to study is to go to the library or some place quiet. Leave all distractions behind, no latptop, turn off the cell, no mp3s.

Divide your study material into sections put more emphasis on the parts you have difficulty with. Spend 3-4 hours a night for at least 5 nights, review on 6th night. Same routine for the next week. Just do a quick review the night before the test, have study partner quiz you on your weak points. Get enough sleep the night before, if test is the next morning, eat fruit or some yogurt so you have some energy.

I always hated school until I started making myself study for two hours every day no matter what. Don't make it a big thing, just sit down every day until the test to study the material. Do it early in the day to get it out of the way. You won't be sorry!

Make flashcards based on the key words (or a study guide if the professor gave you one). Include detailed info in the answers and write follow-up questions on additional flashcards. At least for me, writing the information down in an organized q&a method helped me focus on the important parts to study (and it helped defeat the boredom of just skimming text.) Then you can also quiz yourself using the flashcards to commit things to memory.

For me, I devote an hour to studying every day, no matter what. Set a specific time to study and stick to it. Find a quiet place with no distractions such as telephones or televisions. I need absolute quiet when I study. You can do it if you put your mind to it!

Two weeks is enough time. first of all make a time table for the day and then follow the same without fail. You will be able to achive it. wish you all the best for the test.

never watch tv for 2 weeks. Call your friends or friend and ask questions non stop about the test, or see if your teacher will let you take a pretest then figure out the ones you got wrong.
