Are you referring to a hermaphrodite? A person that looks like a woman, but has both male and female genitalia? Only one of the sex organs is functioning. A check-up would clear this up! If the female organs are functioning; then the penis would not be. I hope this answered your question.....

Well, it is natural, to the extent that it is their predisposition to be that way. Of course, a person can choose whether to dress or act as a man or a woman, but a person cannot change their sexual orientation or identity. Many shemales are essentially intact males, who may or may not use female hormones to encourage breast enlargement and other secondary female characteristics. Shemales may act submissively and allow anal penetration by others, or act dominantly and penetrate their partner (if they have intact male organs). Some transsexuals have male genitalia removed and replaced with functioning female genitalia. Obviously, pregnancy is not possible for shemales, as they are still biologically male, despite any hormone therapy or surgical alterations. Don't confuse transvestites with transsexuals. They are very different.

Do you mean transgenders, transexuals, or hermaphrodites? For some reason I just don't think 'shemale' is the politically correct term.

an XXY chromosoned person does exist they are technically refured to as hermaphrodites. Usually they have one set of "functioning" sex organs though

A shemale is a male who gets breast implants or gets breasts by hormones. He can impregnate women.

well the answer is no they are transgender people
they are one step before a sex change
and most chose to live that way instead of going any ferther
and no they can not give birth they are male
but they can be a father
