How do you get friends to help?

Question

I recently signed up for a 6k run to raise money for breast cancer research. When I ask my friends to help support by donating, I get like 1 person to help. How do I get more people to help with this cause? Run time is drawing near and I have very little to show for my efforts, I want to make a difference. Please advise.

Hi Phishmelo,
Try your neighbors, church members, parents, brothers, sister, people you work with & any1 else that has had to deal with breast cancer in the past or present.
My mother & older sister are surviors of breast cancer. My friend run this year & I had no problem donating for the cause. 3 CHEERS for U! & have a gr8 run!
