I have my hormone replacements compounded by my pharmacist. You may want to ask yours if he compounds them. You get the right amount of hormone that your body needs. I hardly have "hot flashes" since I have been on this. For me, it works better than Premarin. That stuff is made from pregnant mare's urine. When I found that out, I knew it was time to change for something better. I tried the Estrovin, and it had too much soy for me to take. It may be great for some women, but I found I could not take it. Good luck!

some Do argue that premarin(also called conjugated estrogen) is natural because it is formulated from PREgnant MARes' uRINe But since they restrict the horses' fluids to concentrate the urine and kill the foals after keeping the mares constantly pregnant I find the whole idea repulsive in the EXTREME...but hey, that is just me...
