Hello, Hk!
Welcome to Yahoo Answers
Glad to see you here in Philosophy section, pure food for thought is what on offer here with all the varieties and spice. Wish you enjoyable stint for ever.
I suggest you should first try to see what questions are being asked and whichever interests you, you should answer. For every answer submitted, you earn 2 points. And if your answer is chosen as the best answer by the questioner, you get additional 10 bonus points.

You can also ask questions by spending 5 points for each question. Even though you have only 110 characters to ask your question, there is an addendum called details where you have all the space to elaborate what your question is really seeking.
I have found it more enjoyable to answer someone's question my own way first, and then see what other people have answered. I find that by answering a question, I end up learning more - first of all, it makes me think before answering, so that gives some learning. More importantly, the other people's answer compared to our own answer really broadens the perspective - especially in a section like philosophy where it is difficult to find black and white - you find 100 shades in black and white.
But start immediately, right now.
Welcome again and all the best!!

I suspect I'm newer than you, but I'm finding it great fun. I'd suggest being totally honest in your questions and answers and admit to what you don't know. It would be a shame if the wonderful idea behind this device where to be cheapened with spoofing or its utility diluted. Be your best self and enjoy!
