I want to be with her and she wants to be with me
although she hasnt admitted it I know she does and I can tell that its really bothering her that i havent asked her out yet
i am falling for her but i know deep down that i cant be with her and shouldnt be with her for some very complicated reasons
what do i do?

If there's all kinds of complications, then you should tell her what you think about you and her.
If you truly believe you can't be with her, you need to tell her so she won't be constantly bothered by wonderings.

If you really do have feelings for her and she dose for you then what reasons could be that bad. everyone has something they could find for an excuse not to be with someone but you will always wonder how things would of been if you only would of looked past all those things that you find complicating. Try talking with her and bring up some of your feelings see where it takes the two of you. You could always start off as friend and if that gose well then to relationship. good luck with your decision.

If you cannot be with her because of some very personal and complicated reasons, then don't even attempt to ask her out. Don't give her false hopes. Don't break her heart.

Since u v not told the "complicated reasons", let's get them out of the picture. if u like her, u v got to ask her out or u may be left wondering the rest of ur life as to what it could have been like....
life would be a series of ifs.. & buts... so go on ask her.
tell her u would like to go for a cup of coffee or lunch and may be a movie... or u could just ask her out for a date upfront.

depends on the reasons. Why not be with her? Is she married? If she is wait. Don't be homewrecker. You may get into a heap of trouble. just talk to her. work it out
