Try applying baby oil when you remove mascara. Apply it on with a soft cooton wad. DO not rub you eyelashes but dab them with the oil soaked wad.
Ive never tried it myself, but there was this recipe I read somewhere long ago that applying chicken fat (that you have dissolved by heating), once cooled to the lashes can make it grow longer and stronger..

I use Ponds cold cream (w/a green lid). I was really scared to do this as I have a very oily t-zone, but the oil productions seems to have calmed down since I started. Gently apply the cold cream & wipe off w/tissues. You can use a warm washcloth to remove any remaining cold cream once you've removed all traces of your makeup. I dab a couple of dots of it around my eyes, lips, & dry areas as an overnight moisturizer. Love this stuff!

Use a mascara that uses protein or the use the mascara with the brushes to even out your lashes without the clumps.

Hi sweet pea. You're lashes fall out naturally just like your hair does. Don't fret, but do get a good quality gentle makeup remover specifically designed for removing eye make up. They usually have special stuff in them to moisturise and protect your eyes and lashes.

Eyelashes fall out just like any other hair. Don't worry about it.

Try a different brand. You may have to try a few before you find one that won't make your lashes so brittle.
OR, I just thought of this, try to dab a little vaseline on them before putting on your mascara. Try it at home when you have a few hours that you aren't going out and see if it works.
It's just a thought.

I think people's eyelashes falling out is normal . . . are they coming out in clumps or something?
