how to set function "remember password"?

go to "tools" then "internet options" and then "content" and then click on "autocomplete" button. make sure that "user names and passwords on forms" and "prompt me to save passwords" are checked..."ok" "ok"

and just so you know, there are some sites that don't let you do that
