I could be that they have a little group there and they did't feel that you fit in so they made up some stuff and that's why you was fired,

OR

You wasn't doing your job the way you were supposed to be doing it.

Don't know, could be, or it could be someone didn't think the new hire was what they were cracked up to be work wise. But unfortunatley, if someone just didn't like you and they had the power to do it they could get rid of you and not have to give a reason. But, what goes around comes around and they could have fired someone who had a good job performance over some childish ********. Such is life.

More than likely it was the nimrod that hired your dumb *** in the first place. The key to hiring is a minimum of two interviews, check references, gather information during the interview process (the interviewer spends 90% of the time listening, 10% talking... to allow the interviewee to either bury themselves and pile the dirt on top of their heads or in the best case scenario to shine).
