Answer - The united States of America. Despite what we are told, we have the most debt of any industrialized nation (currently just under $9,000,000,000,000 [thats nine trillion folks]. Our banking and money system is a complete sham, the Federal Reserve (private corporation, not govt) prints money out of thin air and loans it to the government. Think your income taxes go to build roads and educate kids? Wrong. 100% of income taxes pays the interest in the national debt; right into the private bankers' pockets. Roads are paid from your gasoline tax and schools run on your property taxes.
We are teetering on the edge of disaster if we don't act now and write to your congressmen and women to repeal the Federal Reserve Act and return the USA to the gold standard. Oh yeah, and ask them to get rid of the IRS, CIA, and NSA too.

The UK if it goes on giving money away in benefits to all and sundry and we keep getting involved in other countries problems lets concentrate on this country and let other countries have an action out there and we duck out for a while.. we just cannot keep sending our services all over the world there are lots of other countries who just sit back and do nothing.>>>we will soon realise that our world debts that Maggy Thatcher reduced have now risen again quite appreciably

If we go by national production and don't count the wealth that comes pouring in as "humanitarian aid," probably one of the Afranig countries.
Yep. Just checked. Worst is Ethiopia. Next worst is Niger. Third worst is Malawi. All of them are in Africa. Africa is dead last among nations, despite receiving free railroads, free schools, science and technology that they did not invent, and lots of foreign aid money and food relief.
It's enough to make you wonder whether the genus Homo ever got past erectus over there. The percentage of people in Africa infected with HIV is about as high as the average African IQ.

In terms of GDP per capita, it must be Madagascar at USD120 per annum.
In terms of debt, then it surely is the "Great" USA that have debts that runs into the trillions.
