Definitely go see your doctor just to make sure it's not some dangerous condition. However, don't worry...they are not extra breasts. Extra breasts (including nipples only) can only form along the mammary ridge which runs on both sides of your body , and not anywhere by your armpit, in between your two breasts etc. Think of a pig feeding its piglets...the nipples start near the front leg and run towards the back leg (sorry for the analogy but I'm trying to paint a picture in your mind). That's basically what the human mammary ridge looks like, the only difference is that for us, only two of the breasts actually develop. Unless of course you have some really strange genetic condition that's never been heard of before.

Breasts are not just 'extra' flesh. The flesh is needed to hold the breasts together to the body, or we'd have a real mess.
