In my opinion i believe they are because they got a great team that has managed to keep a strong team talkin bout Van Nistelrooy goin to Real MAdrid and it didnt seem that they went down according to how they play and this has to be there year to win the fa Premier League and they have a team to go after the champions.

No, so far CHELSEA has got a better squad- SHEVCHENKO, BALLACK, DROGBA etc. As long as Chelsea keeps these players they're on top.
