Elvis was over medicated for many years.He complained of a sinus headache one time and was given a purple liquid to take nasally.It was Pharmaceutical Cocaine.
The day he died, I went to see the movie The Rescuers with my little sister.When we came out, dad broke the news.

Elvis didn't die of a drug overdose he died of suffication a lack of oxygen to the brain due to laying on the shower floor in water. He did suffer a minor stroke/heart attack from a lack of electrolytes in his system he had been on a crash diet, getting ready for an upcoming tour an starting a new album. Elvis had always taken uppers and downers due to his schedule rxd by Dr. Nickopolus his private physcian. His drug use started in the army while trying to stay awake while on watch command back in the 50's this was common they were called bennie's or cross tops=uppers. This info. was given in an interview by his daughter Lisa Marie,and his ex-wife Priscillia, along with his best friend Joe his one last body guard. I saw Elvis perform just a few months before he passed away in 1977 I was only 7yrs old at the time he looked great! He wasn't fat and bloated like the news said we had seats at the Hilton hotel right next to the stage I was so close he touched my hand. Now my son who is 9yrs. old is an Elvis impersonator for charity events around town dances/sings. I hope this helps you!

It is hard to know what to believe about the drugs envolved in Elvis' death because there are so many stories floating around and passing off as legitimate.
So here are the facts that I remember as I lived in Memphis at the time. Elvis's doctor lost his license to practice medicine because he had over prescribed various drugs for him. I do not know what drugs he was proscribing. But I do know the Doctor got in serious trouble and narrowly avoided jail so it had to have been some legal drug obtained at a pharmacy. That rules out MJ and Esctacy

What is this about Elvis?
He has been seen in so many places and even many different places at the same time so he surely must be alive and cloned.
Elvis used and tried many drugs.

Elvis Presley died of taking ten unsubscribed drugs with cocktail in his bathroom on the toilet. But he was found laying on the floor on top of his vomit. He also had cardiac arrhythmia, which may had to do with his death.

I've never heard of anyone who died from weed. Elvis had many drugs in his system,pills.
