Has anyone else noticed that...?

...the number of stupid questions and functionally illiterate people drops significantly by pressing the little Canadian flag at the bottom of the screen?

Seriously, it's incredible. I've been refreshing the Home page for 10 minutes and I havn't seen anything dumb. On the American Yahoo! Answers, there's usually at least 1 each time I refresh!
