Homecomming isn't that big of a deal but, ...You buy the girl the corsage and you put in on her wrist. Now, i would think that showing up at her door on time with a 1/2 dozen roses would fit the bill. Take a picture with her in her living room for her parents and then basically just don't get too drunk =)~...but thats usually the agenda for Prom so....=)

If it's a somewhat formal dance you should buy your date a corsage. She should get you a boutonniere. They don't have to match but it's nice if they do.

Ask around at your school. This dance may not require any of those things and the dress may be very casual. Don't overdress or underdress for the event. Ask any upperclassman what the usual drill is for this kind of social activity.

Proms are different. You rent a tux for that and your date wears a formal. Then, for sure, you want a corsage and boutonnierre.

Have fun and enjoy the dance!

A black tuxedo is your best option but always get your shirt or tie to match hers because you probably will be taking picture. It would make you look classy and not trashy. You are suppose to give her a corsage, but I would prefer the one that goes on her wrist. You basically need to treat her like a woman that is all she needs to make her day swell. Do not let her pay for anything. That will spoil your day right there.

I just had my homecoming a few weeks ago so let me see if I can help.
Really, nobody had a corsage, but it'db every flattering =]]
Then you go to the dance after meeting the parents/taking pictures, dance, take a lot more pictures, then take her home.
Matching really isnt a big deal though

He could have danced once you weren't close, yet fears he's a foul dancer. He could be somewhat shy or definitely embarrassed. Or, when you consider which you're in basic terms friends, is it accessible he likes somebody and did not prefer to sluggish dance (a dance made for couples) with yet another lady? Ask him. that's extremely the only way you will comprehend. stable success!
