Mercedes Benz automobile wheels are specificly designed to fit properly on the hub of the axle. Using some form of adapter to put different types of wheels on the car is flirting with disaster.
You would most likely warp the rotors because you would have to overtorque the lug bolts. In turn the lug bolt will strip out the threads on the hub if over torqued so you end up buying new hubs and rotors at that point.
There are many aftermarket wheels that are designed to properly fit the Mercedes. Go look at them and spend you hard earned money on a good set of tires and wheels designed to do the job correctly from the start.

i doubt there is even an adapter to put chevy wheels on a benz. If it exhists it would be more expensive than the wheels. Not to mention how stupid it is to put chevy wheels on a benz.

try doing a google search for wheel adaptors. I know there is a company that makes them, just can't think of the name off-hand.
pretty sure they're out there....
good luck.
