You are probably highly stressed out which is making you late. It is highly unlikely that at 19 days late it wouldn't show up on a home test, but call around to local obgyn offices, most of them will let you come in for a free test. Some of them even offer a blood test. If the blood test comes back negative and your period doesn't appear in another week or so, I would make an appointment to see a dr. and get a full blooodwork panal to tell for certain, good luck

To make a long story short, my hubby and I were trying for the longest time and I have alway been like clockwork. Anyway, I was 5 days late with negative result, then 10 days late with negative, then 20 days, then 40 days, I finally got in to see my doctor after the two or three week wait and they ended up finding a uterine fibroid (which in most women is not a big deal), obviously with me it was because I couldn't have a period from that point on without them inducing one trying to make me ovulate. Well, one round of fertility drugs (which made things worse and added cysts to my ovaries) and 8 months later, I changed doctors. The new doctor realized that the little 1cm fibroid had grown to almost 6 cm within a month and a half. anyway a serious surgery (abdominal myomectomy) later, things are great... Ok, so the story wasn't very short, but it does have a moral. Please go to the doctor and have an ultrasound done before it gets bad.

WOW did you see computer Buddy's answer, Me thinks someone has learnt copy and paste! There are a number of reasons you could be late, stress being the main factor. Try and relax and nature will run its course. Do you have any symptoms of pregnancy? I don't want to scare you but an ectopic pregnancy does not always give a positive pregnancy test due to low hcg levels. Your doctor can do a very simple blood test to determine if you are or not for sure. If you are not they will check your hormone levels to see whats going on there.

Don't panic. If you were pregnant your tests should not be saying negative. Lots of things cause a missed period. Stress, diet and so on. Ask anyone who is older than you if they have ever skipped a cycle and I bet you they have at least once for no reason. If you really want to know go to planned parenthood or a doctor and get a lab done. (but a box test is truly just as reliable)

I missed my period outright the month I got married. Two home tests said no, so I went and had the HCG levels in my blood tested. When the test turned up negative, I put it down to stress and waited until my next cycle came around. It turned up normally, so I put the whole scare behind me. If it's really bothering you, go to the doctor and get your HCG levels in your blood tested, since blood is always right you'll know for sure. If you come back negative, then wait until your next cycle and see how it turns out. Blessed be.

for a more accurate result, you can have a blood test done by your doctor. You may have some psychosymatic things going on, for instance, are you under a lot of stress right now? Also, if you've recently lost a lot of weight, this can cause you to become irregular. Increase in excersise, or if you've only been getting your period for a short amount of time.....All these things can cause you to be off your regular cycle. Good Luck, hope i helped!

Are you stressed about anything other than whether you are pregnant or not, as this can sometimes affect people? If you are still concerned you can always go and see your doctor and explain the situation, so he can put you straight. But i wish you all the luck and hope you get the decision u want, whether it be yes and you are pleased or no and you are relieved. Try not to stress too much as this can make you even later.
Take care.

Do not worry much. I once was late for 15 days and went to the doctor and he told me that sometimes small changes which will hardly notice do change the cycle and its not good to panic since it might be just that. Two days after that they came. So I would be just wait and after 28 days go to the doctor.

I did that once when I was a teen and it scared the patooey out of me. If the test says you arent try not to worry because stress could be why you are still late. I know it is hard not to worry but try. Good Luck!

you are only nineteen days late. Now. one month is four weeks. two months is eight weeks, and three months is twelve weeks. I had abortions at six and eleven weeks. can accept that, but when my son was inside me I also had two tests negative, he is now 29 years of age. It depends on what you wish to do. I personally would never terminate after eleven twelve weeks, even tho its legal up to a redicouluse 25...however, go check again, this time not one of those boots thingies, go to the Doctor.
