I have been wondering what did John do to start getting booed a few months back? I missed it and havent figured it out.

Mr. McMahon admitted some time ago that the audience's reaction to Cena was unexpected. I think that the real cause of the audience's mixed reaction is that he attracts way too much attention--as if he can take on everyone in RAW and still come out victorious. Some people I've talked to also find it strange that he calls himself a soldier but he doesn't follow anybody's orders. Finally, some people believe that his finishing move (the FU) is kinda cheesy and they would like to see him do something stronger than that. Since it's clear that the audience's boos are capable of affecting him and his performance, people try to boo him out whenever possible. Personally, I think that's a bit wrong to do since he's trying so hard to impress the audience and to give them what they paid to see (as long as it doesn't involve him having to lose the match). He's a hell of an actor and I do admire several of his qualities, so I know I wouldn't boo him.

The booing started before one night stand. It just crystalized and became a movement after that. Cena was getting boo'd because the WWE kept pushing him as an unstoppable champion and shoving him down the fans throats with it. He's really never been threatened with losing the title. His matches since gaining the belt have been limited and mostly predictable because the WWE won't take the title from him for any length of time and John Cena is getting boo'd because of it.

Well when you put the belt on someone and have him keep it for a good year, then people will start to get sick of you. Cena was shoved down our throats each and every single week, has way too much exposure on WWE.com, and when he made a movie, it was promoted 3 months early and had commercials each and every single week, and now he is the WWE champ yet again, so yeah no wonder why people hate him so much. I think they should just get him off tv and give him a 2 month vacation or something, this is getting stupid with showing him in the Marine.

he started getting booed when they pushed him over angle,I mean come on a no talent 6 move poser over angle,the only true wrestler in the wwe get the hell out of here.cena deserves to be booed and he will continue to be booed until they stop the superhuman push
