I want to make an online payment processor (international payments). But i dont know how to go about it? There are many companies set up for processing payments. Like www.pppay.com and www.nochex.co.uk. How can i go about setting up a similar company?

start with a lot of money to set up the computer program and network and banking services. if you don't have a few million to staret, forget it. the regulations alone will bust you.
