we can all agree that clinton was a good president, better than bush at lease, but how will his success in office (and yes it was a success) have on hilary's 08 presidential election chances?

Oh and do you think that a woman should be president?

Two great minds do better than one. What a great team. Yes, I think it is about time for a woman president.

Well it will make it so that she is seen for that as well . The fact that she is a woman presidential candidate will spur enough publicity and will get her votes from many other woman and people who have wanted to see someone else be president that isn't male , truly , even though i am a woman and a democrat i wouldn't vote for her , the truth is that she only bases her campaign on small issues and she also , at least it was put this way by some news channels , believes in the war . Even though she is a woman candidate i think I'll pass for the next one .

Her sex should not matter at all - if we're the enlightened people we claim to be. As far as her husband being a help to her getting elected, absolutely! Bill Clinton enjoyed (amazingly!!) about 65% approval ratings in the midst of being impeached in 1999. Now, several years later, only the guy's super-slick rhetorical skills are left, and he'll be able to deliver great speeches on her behalf. Some will even pay him essentially to promote his wife's candidacy.

A protege of her husband, she is shrewd enough to know what she has to do to get elected. She knows, regardless of her liberal misgivings, that she cannot win the election without supporting the death penalty. She doubtless will support it. But for this transgression on human rights she has lost my vote. Case closed. But she will possibly win the election, and that is her agenda. Power opened.

I dont think that Bill will have a huge effect on hilarys chances to win the election. I think Hilary should be president but do we know if she is running for sure? I dont think she is! But oh gosh yes we need a woman president!!!

And why not a woman? They're just as good as mayors, governors, and CEOs. Any woman would be better than GW.
Hilary's chances are slim - and I support her very much - but there is that nasty right wing conspiracy that hates, and I mean, hates the lady. It's way too bad. Think, if we had honest and fair Americans, it could be a H. Clinton and B. Obama ticket. Wouldn't that be sweet?

I like him not her, so I wouldn't vote for her.
