I need the unit in the Eastern side of Singapore. Preferably to close the sale in January 2007. Anyone with such info on selling?

You can always read up on the newspaper. I believe there are alot of such advertisment on the weekends. Alternatively get a housing agent to look out for you as they always have such lobang

Are you an housing agent trying to get a seller to let you sell their unit?. If not, you could easily find lots & lots of listings in S.T. for what you're looking for.
