Bush recused the US from the World Criminal Court because of the master plan that was in play-- he knew he would be committing criminal acts. However -- the US and allied nations convened the Nuremberg trials, so there may be some way to establish a court. It would be interesting to see whether the world has the guts to do it. Let's see what new crimes the Bush team has up its sleeves.

ah such sweet nectar for the soul that would be....
but fat chance in hades of that ever happening.
sigh....one can only dream

you know, as I read these postings, I find it interesting that people still seem to believe that there was a connection between iraq & 9/11. We were fighting terrorists in Afganastan, but in Iraq, we're fighting iraqis. We rounded up A LOT of people, people who may have nothing to do with anything....but no one will know because they were just rounded up and thrown in prison. How do we know they're ONLY torturing terrorists? Because they say so? Do you really believe that ALL those people who are in gitmo or all the other prisons are terrorists? What if they're not - what happens? We say "oh, sorry, you looked like a guy we were looking for" and send them on their way? Or do we keep them in prison forever knowing that as soon as we let them loose, they will become terrorists out of anger at us for keeping them unlawfully imprisoned?

Well they did invade Iraq, there was no WMD, and how their leader ran his country was none of our bussiness. There where no terrorist in Iraq till we got there. What we did was wrong. Republicans will never admit to being wrong. Murder is murder and thats just how we look to the rest of the world, like a bunch of murderers.

Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld could only be indicted if someone like you files a case against them supported by evidence. Do it now.

What charge would you have for them?

They have got all the permissions required for the war they HAD to wage from the UN...

They waged LEGAL war...

And just because some Scumbag Liberal Brat says that they are war criminals does not make them...
ALSO, just because some scumbag Liberal Brat thinks that what we are doing to the terrorist that are being interrogated is torture, does not understand what real torture is. AND We do not owe the rights to the Geneva Convention to a bunch of criminal thugs going around killing innocent people.
