There's more than one.
Florida, Louisiana, Montana, Oklahoma, Georgia, and South Carolina are the ones that come to mind. Here's some more info on the subject.

I really don't know but they should at least make women out of them..lol..I say take their man hood from them..If a (and you can't call them men) idiot that would stoop as low as to molest an innocent child and you know it would have to hurt don't deserve to be a man any longer..That way he couldn't molest a child that way anymore..Sorry excuse for a human being!

be carefull you might get reported if you offend some nice child molester as it seems if you express an opinion about getting rid of the scum of society, some bleeding heart reports you. I have been reported several times

Well, we did put down those alleged pedophile, weapon hording cultists in Waco (shot em all, every last one of them, even the children we were protecting and saving), so possibly Texas.

I don't know but it's a good idea. Why not take their life. They've in effect 'taken' someone else's life but they have to live through it and they won't forget.
