Well here are some things that you could be doing... though im not sure what your doing.
If your listening it with max volume that will draim the batteries big time, or if you have large headphones, that also will drain the batteries.
Other than that all you need to do is just charge it everyday and night like i do. You bought one of the new once right? with the colors and everything, well that m be different from the old nano i have. But go to an Apple store and they should help out.
And also in the user guide they tell you a specific way to charge it the first time.

There are batches of Nano and Standard iPods with Battery issues!
If it has received a Full charge then it should operate within its times specified By Apple!
If not, then it could have a Faulty battery!
Go back to your retailer-they will replace the Unit!
or take it to an Apple Retail outlet!-They are great at dealing with Warranty issues!!

Read the guide and it should tell you how to charge it the first time or maybe you simply have to repair your battery and you could do that by going to the apple store.

i've got those days gotten an iPod, and that i've got found out that it quite is typically awkward to be listening to your iPod whilst doing specific issues. Like ordering lunch on the college cafeteria. Or procuring something on the save. I in simple terms want to correctly known whilst or whilst to no longer hear on your iPod.
