All Verizon Wireless stores carry pre-pay phones. Authorized dealers such Circuity City, Best Buy, Wal-mart (where Verizon is offered), and several other lesser known chains carry pre-pay merchandise.
If it is an authorized dealer, then it WILL carry at least one pre-pay phone. The selection at an authorized dealer may not be as robust as a direct store, but they should carry a model or two to choose from. If they do not, please contact Verizon to inform them a dealer is not supplying their catalog of products.
