I am particularly interested in Phosphorus and Potassium levels, say per teaspoon of Spirulina powder. I am considering it for a friend with renal disfunction who is having problems maintaining nutrition due to inability to eat many protein-rich foods that commonly contain too much Phosphorus and Potassium for a renal patient. Anybody out there have information on Spirulina's nutritional ingredients?
