It depends on if you have missed your period or not. If you have, your chances are probally pretty high of being pregnant. If not, I'd say not to even think about it yet. It's devestating for a woman to get her hopes up, only for them to be shot back down. I know... my husband and I tried for a year and a half with no results. When we stopped trying, I got pregnant. When you're trying to get pregnant, it puts a lot of stress on a woman's chemical balance, throwing it off, and decreasing your chances of conceiving. You'll get pregnant when you least expect it. Trust me. I'm waiting to have back surgery, have been waiting since May and did not want to get pregnant right now because I'd have to be on bedrest. Well, guess what?!?! I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I hope this helps.

As previously stated the absence of your period would be a good indicator. I would wait until your next cycle is supposed to come and if it doesnt take a test. If it already has came and went or not up to that point yet or past it and hasn't come take a preggo test. My body always told me before I even took a test. I just got the feeling and knew my body was changing so I took a test always found out awfully early because of that. Headaches aren't a sign of pregnancy just an inconvience of it. More the tummy aches are and neasea boobs being sore. Hungry alot tired most likely because your body is working for two now. Just take a test hahaa and good luck =P

Its true you shouldn't get your hopes up, Tiredness is a symptom but it could also be from many other things, same with the headaches, it could be caused by the season change. Hopefully not but you need to remember it could just be. Don't get your hopes up until your holding the positive test in your hand or have the doctor telling you the blood test result is positive. I don't want to sound blunt but its shattering getting all excited and then been torn down again and again. Take things easy and think to yourself, oh it could be just nothing i don't want to over reacted. Then if you miss your period, I think you should go to the doctor and get a blood test as its much easier to get the corrected result at such and early stage. I don't like HPT's much as I have had a few false negatives and its hard to think your pregnant and then its negative, then a few weeks later you go to the doctor and you were really pregnant after going through the heart ache of thinking your not.

all the symptoms you have listed can defiantly be symptoms of pregnancy but they could also be symptoms of other things.

Good luck and I hope its what you want.

you may be or you may not be. it could mean that your period is coming or lots of other things not neccesarily pregnancy. you can also give yourself the symptoms of pregnancy becuz you want to be pregnant so bad. trying for a baby can be very hard to do. just wait till you miss your period to even consider pregnancy. By thinking you may be pregnant can also delay your ovulation if your not pregnant right now.

Actually, the role that stress plays on one's fertility is fairly complex. Stress, per se, does not prevent conception. However, it can delay ovulation by suppressing the hormones necessary for it to occur. If a couple adheres to the myth of ovulation always occurring on Day 14, they then may inadvertently prevent pregnancy by timing intercourse at the wrong time, thus triggering a vicious circle of misperceived infertility causing more stress. Charting her cycle would allow the couple to regain control by correctly identifying the woman’s fertile phase.

This myth is often perpetuated by the most well-meaning friends. But the reason it’s not true is that stress does not delay one's menstrual period; it can only delay ovulation. Once ovulation has occurred, the woman's body has already determined when she will menstruate. In other words, the time from ovulation to menstruation varies little from cycle to cycle.
