Because all the makers of commercials got together 1 day and they agreed that if they put more cursing,violence and nudity in commercials then smiley face JJ would not be able to ask why isn't there more cursing, violence and nudity in commercials? They wanted you to have a question to ask.lol

I assume they are trying to appeal to the most people and too many people would be offended by cursing, violence and nudity.

I think because they would have a bad reputation if they used more inappropriate context and because kids could be watching.

because the sponsers of the show wants to appeal to the "general public" and does not want to risk offending anyone.

Because of censorship, we have very harsh censorship laws compared to many other (especially European) countries.
