It only means that you had a dream about the same person 3 nights in a row. Your relationship with him (or the guy himself) probably REPRESENTS something that is going on in your life that needs more attention from you.

I had 3 dreams about a guy I had never met or talked to before in my life. I wasn't thinking about anyone before I'd fall asleep and yet I kept having these dreams. One day I saw a man that looked like the man in my dreams. We've been seeing each other for 2 months now. And who says dreams don't come true???

It could just mean that you still care about this person and that you miss the friendship you had with them. Usually dreams like this don't mean much more than the fact that they have been on your mind a lot recently or that you had a run in with them and some old feelings came back that have been left unresolved.

your subconscious is letting you know about your past,his affect on you, or possibly a sign that something is going to happen.
i recently had a dream of a coworker i hadn't seen in a year.
i dreamt he pulled up in a car opened the and asked if i wanted a ride.... i said no....
i found it to be an odd dream, so i shared it with a friend....a month later the guy i dreamt of died of a heart attack in an ambulance.....

It means you are thinking about him and that you care for him!! You should try and spend some more time with him and see if you two are over looking something that is more than friends!!

ohmygod!!! i had the same experience..three days in a row about a same guy right? well, in my case, i was missing the guy too much and you know what? he was missing me too...but there was nothing more than friendship between us...
