Remind yourself constantly that he didn't ever deserve you and he is just a stupid guy. You don't need a man to make you feel whole! Remind yourself that you are a strong, independent woman and will not waste tears on a deadbeat like him.
If that doesn't work, find a good thinking or physical hobby. Eat a pint of ice cream and watch a movie that you liked that he never wanted to watch.

There is no quick way. Your heart will stop hurting when it's ready. It could even be years depending on how much you were in love. So, as long as you accept that, then find something else to do with your time. It doesn't necessarily mean another guy either.

Personal experience, focus your attention on another guy. Don't have to "fall in love" with him just focus your attention, think about him get's your mind off.

start with a bucket of your favorite ice-cream, then after you eat that, go shopping!! (preferably with friends)
seriously...do things that make you happy. once you see that you can enjoy life without him, then you will be fine!
