Depends on what you mean by best.
If you mean style then you should be able to work that out/
If you mean quality of materials used then you will need to investigate the consumer reports and the materials used in shoes by these companies.
If you mean ethics then avoid Nike (they are still using sweatshops to make them right?) And charging you a premium because they make you think that they are a presitigous and status symbol
