There's alot of them and I don't know how one gets these on their bum. How they get there? I'm kinda grossed out now.

Yeah its kinda gross especially if you like rubbing their bum. It could be a variety of reasons why the pimples are there but I think its basically a hormonal thing.
So, if you are grossed out, are you going to dump him...or do you think it would be a good idea to be mature and be able to talk about it with him( Choose the right words so that you don't embarrass the poor pimply soul)?

You could have a minor infection of the sebaceous (oil-producing) glands. These growths are fairly common, and can look a lot like pimples. The most important thing to remember is to avoid — at all costs — squeezing or popping anything! This can actually make the situation worse. Also make sure you wear clean cotton underwear and use clean towels to dry off.

This could be a skin problem like exema or how ever you write the word.. its rough skin it can get red and adgetated.. but if it bothers you that much .. don't look at it .
It's something that can go away with creme .. if he were to put some on !

It wouldn't turn me off. Just ask nicely how it got there or why it's there and is there any way it could be taken out. If it's not infectious and it's not lethal and it couldn't be taken out, if you like this person so much, then you can live with it.

You usually get them from sitting in one place for a long time. The bus driver in our city said he gets them from sitting on his butt all day without a break...I'm sure a doc can prescribe a cream to get rid of them though...

I am an "a** man," and yes, this definitely turns me off! It even turns me off when I see it in a porn video.
They could get there from sweat, especially if you wear synthetic underwear. It could be diaper rash. It might be herpes. It could be from lack of bathing. It could be because you have a fat butt and sweat more. It might come from improper diet. It could come from emotional problems.

i think its from sweaty butt, kinda like a rash, just tell home boy to put some powder on his cheeks and hope it goes away
