If you have iTunes, it will automatically do it for you when you import a file off a cd. If you are downloading it, you can go to file...add file to library....insert the file name or location. Then It will ask you if that's what you want to do. You say ok, then you wait. If you don't have iTunes, i'm sorry, but i can't help you.

there are application programs to convert this.
havent tried though.

you need softwares...then easy...
