Don't know what else to try. Some yellowing still inside too. Everytime I use the microwave now, it still smells like smoke coming out.

This has happened to me. A friend sais to try used coffee grounds and turn microwaving for about 5 minutes. It took all the burnt smell away, and didn't leave a coffee smell either. In fact there was no smell at all.

the carbon deposited by the burning that happened is all over inside of the oven.. you will not be able to clean it unless you open it up completely and clean the inner workings too..

with the price of microwaves nowadays, youd be better off just buying a new one, because you wont be able to eliminate the smell, most likely..
